Just want to thank Mr. Hanna for allowing me to stay in the
apartment at The Whittier for two extra months beyond the end of my lease,
on short notice from me, at no extra cost - I appreciate the flexibility. I
received my security deposit back, in full (plus interest,) ten days after
my move-out inspection - I thank you very much for the fast turn-around.
Also, thanks to Donna and Phil for being very friendly and helpful. Won't
surprise me if I'm back at Hanna Properties in the future.

Than you very for much for not raising my rent for two years now. Thank you also for including parking as well. This couldn't came at a better time. My car is just about dead (as per my mechanic and brother in Christ) so I'll be adding a car loan to my expenses. Also, I wanted to add that your staff is wonderful. I regret to inform you that I will not be renewing my lease for apartment C at 40 South Goodman St. I have decided to move to Austin Texas to live with family. If I were staying in the Rochester area, I would definitely stay in my current apartment, or at least in another apartment owned by Hanna Properties. I have has an enjoyable and comfortable experience as a tenant of your property. Your staff has been accommodating to any requests that I have made, and have always been courteous when I saw them. I have and will continue to recommend your business to anyone I know looking for an apartment in the Rochester area.

I wanted to take a moment and express how happy I have been this past year living at 214 Berkley Street, Apartment 12. Problems with this property have been few and far between, and I have consistently received prompt and excellent service from maintenance individuals. Furthermore, your efforts in up-keep of this property have far exceeded any I've encountered in my previous two apartments.
This past weekend, your agent, Donna, showed me a number of apartments in the Algonquin, and one at 83 Meigs Street. She was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and left my parents (who happened to be visiting for the day) and I with an extremely good impression. I signed the lease to the apartment at 83 Meigs Street the same day I saw it. Her efforts should be commended.
